A14 motorway, Bari Nord exit. Follow the SS 379 to Brindisi, continue on the SS 613 and near Lecce take the Tangenziale Ovest and then take the exit for Gallipoli (SS 101 to Gallipoli, after which it becomes SS 274). Take the Felline / Melissano exit and continue towards Felline.
