- Studios: consisting of a single room and bathroom (for a maximum of 2 people + cot)

- Two-room Garden apartments: (on request with supplement) are two-room apartments that have an equipped outdoor space and also have an outdoor shower.
- Three-room Garden apartments: (on request minimum occupancy 5 people) are composed of 3 separate rooms (2 bedrooms + living room with sofa bed), and are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, refrigerator, all with shower. Equipped with an equipped outdoor space, they also have an outdoor shower.
- Suite: (on request with supplement, occupancy 2/3 people) recently renovated rooms consisting of two rooms. Equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, minibar with paid filling, bathroom with shower, large patio.

To reach the village by car you need to: continue along the Bari – Brindisi – Lecce highway; once you reach Lecce, take the eastern ring road exit and continue along the provincial road to Melendugno – Torre dell'Orso. Once you reach Torre dell'Orso you will find Villaggio Sairon on the right.
